What is Mindset Meditation Coaching? 

Mindset Meditation Coaching uses the following techniques to support you in your desired outcome. As a certified life coach, Emma will help you uncover your limiting beliefs, and support you in building the lifestyle you desire.

What is mindset? 

Your mindset is a set of beliefs that shape how you make sense of the world and yourself. They influence how you think, feel, react and behave. 

By working with meditation, journaling and curiosity, you get to the root of what's influencing you in your subconscious. When you know what's influencing you under the surface, you create the opportunity to choose how you think, feel, react, and behave, versus being the subject of your conditioning. 

What type of meditation technique is facilitated? 

Bringing focus and awareness to the breath and body is what we use most often. This allows the body to release tension, and the mind to settle into the present moment truth. When the mind has space and time for this, you will start to see and work the subconscious mindsets you have. 

If there is a desire or need to bring in specific relaxation techniques or breathwork, etc, we will decide that as we work together!

Because Emma is a yoga instructor, is there yoga involved? 

Yoga is only involved if it's a part of the personalized program we develop together. Otherwise we will work with meditation, journaling, and curiosity through inquiry conversation. 

What is the journaling portion? 

Writing is a powerful tool to bring your thoughts to the surface. As an example, if there are troubling or persistent thoughts, writing can help take some of the power out of them, giving your mind some ease and peace. 

When we work with mindset questions in journaling, it will gear your mind toward curiosity and broader perspectives versus staying in one belief pattern that might not actually be serving who you want to be. 

What are mindset questions?

Mindset questions, or prompts, are created to open your mind to implementing new mindsets that serve who you want to be in the world.
