Skin Types + Use
Acne prone skin: Use both sides gently, making sure to use toner after.
Oily skin: Use without any oil to start and go from there! You might notice with the exfoliation process you'll want to use a little bit of oil. Use toner after.
Dry skin: Use a herbal infused oil so that it infuses into your skin for deeper nourishment. Toner not necessary.
Balanced skin: Use frequently to keep up appearance, and try different oil and toner combinations!

HOW TO USE / RITUAL FOR DAILY USE: - wash face & apply light oil - breathe deep - gently roll with ridged side for 1 minute - breathe deep - roll with smooth side for 1 minute - mist your face with toner - breathe deep

FOR LYMPH MASSAGE + DRAINAGE: Using the smooth side, move in one direction. Start at the center of your face & gently roll outwards towards your ears. Also roll from your jaw down the sides of your neck. Lymph drainage is important because it helps remove excess fluid from the body's tissues and return it to the blood. If the lymphatic system doesn't drain this fluid, it can build up causing swelling.
TIPS FOR CARE: - wipe roller with clean towel after each use & wash with gentle soap if you see any buildup - exercise your brain! use your less-dominant hand while rolling, or switch hands when you switch sides of the roller - do not store in the freezer or fridge as this can weaken the stone over time because of intense temperature change
